Musso - 3 Years Free Log Book ServicingSsangYong Australia Pty Ltd will provide the Customer with 3 years of free scheduled servicing for the Vehicle subject to the following:
- Available on MY20.5 Musso that are registered and delivered on or before 31st May 2021. While stocks last and limited stock available.
- First three services are included: 12 months or 15,000 km, 24 months or 30,000 km, and 36 months or 45,000 km.
- The items included are shown on the ‘Service Pricing Information’ section of the SsangYong Australia website for the Vehicle model under the heading ‘What’s Included’.
- The items excluded are shown on the ‘Service Pricing Information’ section of the SsangYong Australia website for the Vehicle model under the heading ‘Additional Service Menu Items’.
- The Customer may take the Vehicle to any authorised SsangYong dealer for the free servicing.
- The service intervals for the Vehicle must be met.
- The Vehicle must be well maintained.
- The Vehicle must not be modified.
- Vehicle must not have been subject to abnormal use (resulting in unusual wear and tear) in the reasonable opinion of SsangYong. The Vehicle must have been operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and specified operating limitations.
- The Vehicle odometer or other vehicle system must not have been tampered with in the reasonable opinion of SsangYong.
- Genuine SsangYong replacement parts must always be used in the Vehicle.
- The benefit of this program may not be transferred to a new owner of the vehicle or any other person or to any other vehicle.
- Free Servicing does not include repairs to the Vehicle (whether or not due to normal use).
- If servicing is carried out despite non-compliance with the servicing schedule or vehicle modifications, this does not validate the new vehicle warranty if it would otherwise have been invalidated due to the non-compliance or modification.
- This offer will expire after 3.5 years (42 months) from the date of first registration of the Vehicle (‘Offer Period’).
- No refund will be provided in the event that the free servicing is not utilised within the Offer Period, whatever the reason including due to the Vehicle being written off or de-registered.
These terms and conditions do not limit, alter or exclude the rights of the Customer under the Australian Consumer Law.
